| 摘 要： | 介绍了回转窑各区域温度与其尾气中氧含量的数据采集和在线监测系统的集成。给出了监测系统的方案设计、硬件架构以及组态王监测软件的实现方案，并对其中的技术难点（如：定义组态王串口设备方法、定义组态王DDE设备方法）做了较为详细的阐述。实际应用情况表明，系统稳定，达到了使用要求。

Design of the Temperature and Oxygen Content On-Line Monitoring System Based on KingView |

| Abstract: | A data acquisition and on-line monitoring system for temperatures in all parts of the rotary kiln and oxygen content in tail gas are introduced.Design scheme of the monitoring system,hardware architecture and monitoring software based on KingView are provided,and key technical difficulties,including definition of KingView serial device and KingView DDE equipment,are clarified in detail.Application results show that the system is stable in operation and can satisfy the practical requirements. |
