新型高压差迷宫式蒸汽流量调节阀的研究

摘    要:稠油热采注蒸汽工艺对调节阀的基本要求是应能在小流量时具有较大的降压功能,而在大流量时能获得小的压降。现有蒸汽流量调节阀均难以在全行程范围内有效地调节蒸汽流量,且存在振动和冲蚀等问题。在分析国内外高压差流量调节阀的结构、工作原理及存在问题的基础上,研制成新型高压差迷宫式蒸汽流量调节阀。当调节阀开度百分率从0%到100%(行程不断变化)时,流量百分率从0%上升到100%;反之,则下降,整个行程近100mm可方便调节,且实现了高压差下的低流速。在阀门进口p进=94MPa,出口p出=32MPa时,实测阀门噪声70dB(普通调节阀噪声达到84dB以上),从根本上减轻了冲蚀和噪声。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the structure, working principle and problems of high pressure differential flow control valves, a new labyrinth high pressure differential steam flow control valve for viscous oil thermal recovery is developed. The valve can provide low flow rate under high pressure differential with reliable and easy operation. When the inlet pressure and outlet pressure of the valve is 94MPa and 32MPa respectively, the noise of the valve is 10dB, this means erosion and noise of the valve are reduced greatly.
