溪黄草提取物成分预试及对猪油的抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:用水、95%乙醇和石油醚对溪黄草进行提取,根据颜色反应及沉淀反应初步判断所含化学成分的类型,研究各提取物对猪油的抗氧化作用。结果表明:溪黄草水提取物具有一定的抗猪油自动氧化能力,且作用强于抗坏血酸,而95%乙醇和石油醚提取物对猪油的抗氧化作用不明显。

Abstract:Rabdosia serra(Maxim.)Hara was extracted by water, 95 % ethanol and petroleum ether respectively. The preliminary tests of the chemical constituents and their antioxidative effects for lard were studied. The results showed that the antioxidative activity of the extract by water was stronger than that of Vc, while the extracts by 95 % ethanol and petroleum ether had no obvious antioxidation for lard.
