淀粉改性阳离子絮凝剂的合成及应用

摘    要:以淀粉、丙烯酰胺(AM)和DMDAAC为原料,采用复合引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法进行三元共聚,得到了淀粉改性强阳离子絮凝剂.本文报道其实验研究及结果:投料方式、淀粉与单体的配比、单体配比、引发剂用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素对特性粘数、接枝率、接转化率和阳离子化度等特性的影响.

Abstract:A natural high molecule modified starch cationic flocculent is synthesized with diallydimethyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide as raw material,using complex initiator and there-member polymerizing in aqueous solution.This paper describes the experiment study and results.Factors affecting the products' intrinsic viscosity,grafting percentage,monomer conversion,and cationic degree are detailed.They are as follows: monomer addition method,ration of starch and monomer,ratio of monomer,concentration of initiator,reaction time,and reaction temperature.
