| Abstract: | The thesis introduces the conception of the Continuous Operation Reference System（ODRS） and its developmental present situation in home and abroad, analyzes concretely the key issues that should be solved during constructing CORS in Tianjin Binhai new district such as the benefits of the reference station, the determination of the coordinate frame, gecid refining and so on, expecting to guide the consmaction of OORS in Binhai. |
