大中型无人值班水电厂的设计

摘    要:对国外水电厂“无人值班”情况及“无人值班”模式进行了介绍 ;对大中型“无人值班”水电厂设计中应遵循的原则及应考虑的各类重要技术问题例如保证电厂主设备安全的保护措施、电厂综合自动化的冗余考虑和功能配置、机组监控级及电厂监控级系统各类指令和信息的传递要求和联系方式等进行了综合阐述 ,并提出了相应的意见和建议 ,供同行在设计中参考。

Abstract:The article introduces status and model of nobody on duty in home and abroad, summarizes some principles should followed and several important technology problems should considered in design of large middle size hydropower stations, such as prevention measures ensuring safety of main equipment of the station, surplus considering and function disposing of the station comprehensive automation, transferring requirement and connecting model of various instructions and information from unit supervision levels and station supervision level, and etc., and raises relative suggestions and opinions for reference in design.
