摘    要:分析了目前矿井低压电网漏电保护系统存在的不足 ,提出了基于附加直流电源检测和零序功率方向的漏电保护新判据 ,介绍了基于这些新判据的智能漏电保护装置 ,该装置构成的可通信式漏电保护系统可以实现无级差的选择性漏电保护 ,提高了井下低压电网的安全水平

Abstract:Based on the overview of ground fault protection systems for underground LV distribution networks,this paper analyzes disadvantages of ground fault protection systems being used currently.The new criteria of ground fault protection,which are based on additional DC power supply and direction of zero sequence power,are put forward.These action criteria are of very good selectivity to ground fault.The intelligent ground fault protection devices using these new criteria are developed.These devices can form a communication capable ground fault protection system.Consequently,the selective ground fault protection that has no time difference and enhanced levels of safety for underground LV distribution networks can be realized.
