摘    要:为了掌握在开采保护层与抽放煤层瓦斯前提下的瓦斯涌出规律,对南山煤矿盆底区南翼15号突出危险煤层采煤方法和瓦斯治理研究.结果表明,顶分层平均瓦斯涌出量最大,回采期间应采用了边采边抽增加供风等措施防止瓦斯超限;底分层煤层瓦斯涌出量较顶分层少73%,应采取综采放顶煤开采方式;开采高瓦斯突出煤层时,应采用预抽技术结合顶分层保护层开采技术以消除底分层的突出危险;外延面直接采用综采放顶煤开采方式.通过对突出危险区域的预先长期的瓦斯抽放,可以消除其突出危险性,简化生产系统的布置与施工,降低生产成本;采用放顶煤技术.可以降低巷道掘进工程量,利用有限两条巷道进行整个煤层的开采,经济效益更加显著.

Abstract:In order to master the gas emission law premise to the mining protective seam and gas drainage seam, a research on coal mining method and gas control for the South Wing No. 15 seam with potential outburst in basin area of Nanshan Mine was conducted. The research results showed that the average gas emission from the pre-slicing was higher. During the coal mining period, a drainage and mining operation should be conducted with the increased ventilation to prevent and control the gas content over the limitation. The gas emission from the bottom slicing was 73 % less than the top slicing. The fully mechanized longwall caving mining method can be applied. During the mining operation in the high gas outburst seam, a gas pre-drainage technology combined with the top slicing protective seam mining technology shall be applied in order to eliminate the gas outburst danger occurred in the bottom slicing. The expended coal mining face could be excavated with fully mechanized longwall top coal caving mining method. With the pre-long period gas drainage in the outburst dangerous area, the danger of the outburst could be eliminated, the layout and construction of the production system could be simplified and the production cost could be reduced. The application of the longwall top coal caving mining technology can reduce the gateway driving cost. With the application of the available two gateways for the whole seam mining, the economic benefit will be more prominent.
