摘    要:为分析冷剂自然循环系统的运行特性,采用分相模拟方法建立了系统的稳态仿真模型,该模型由蒸发器、冷凝器及管路系统模型组成.在质量守恒、动量守恒、能量守恒方程的基础上,进行数值求解,得出了自然循环的制冷量随室外温度与机组冷剂充灌量的变化曲线.计算结果表明,自然循环的制冷量随室外气温的降低而增加.当蒸发器的出口处制冷剂恰好变为饱和蒸汽时,此时的冷剂充灌量可使系统制冷量达到最大值.将理论计算结果与实验数据进行对比,证实了仿真数学模型的可靠性,为冷剂自然循环系统进一步的性能评价和优化设计提供了可靠依据.

Abstract:In order to analyze actual characteristics of a refrigerant natural-circulation system,a stable emulation model for the system based on distributed simulation method is proposed.The total model includes an evaporator,condenser, and tube system models.Based on the conservation equation of energy,the changing curve of cooling capacity with the outdoor temperature and maximum value were obtained after numerical computing.Simulation results indicate that the cooling capacity in natural-circulation mode increased when the outdoor temperature decreased.In addition,the cooling capacity in natural-circulation mode was maximized when the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator became saturated vapor.A correlative experiment and theoretical computations verify accuracy of the model,which will provide further reliable foundation for the design and of a refrigerant system.
