电阻炉的计算机优化控制

摘    要:高等学校专业实验室针对计算机控制应用领域进行了利用计算机对电阻炉单变量炉温、多变量炉温控制系统和远程炉温控制系统的实验,摸索出各种PID控制算法和运用神经网络的BP网对PID控制进行模拟仿真,最后利用已经训练好的神经网络来预测PID控制的效果;并用VB实现的远程人机交互。

Abstract:The computer systems for single variable and multi-variable as well as remote control for electric furnace temperature control are designed and conducted for the college students in Lab. The BP network with neuron network and PID control system was used to simulating and control the heating process and finally it is used to predict the results of PID control by the well-trained neuron network. And the system can realize man-computer interaction by using VB.
