| 摘 要： | 用转轴式弯曲模，可成形带侧凹的U形复杂弯曲件。对此，导出了成形干涉条件，给出了确定模具转轴中心可行区域的方法，可为此类弯曲模结构参数的设计提供依据。

| Abstract: | The U type parts with unilateral dent can be formed by bending die with a shaft, which can be turn in the die, but it is difficult to determine the parameters of shaft due to interference between the punch and the shaft An interfering condition is derived by the geometric relationships among the moving parts of this kind of die in this paper Further, the feasible region of the shaft center in the die is given based on the interfering condition by graphic method It is helpful to design these kinds of dies according to this paper |
