摘    要:镁合金板材的各向异性会受板材塑性应变的影响.采用交叉轧制工艺研究了镁合金板材上任一点塑性应变的变化规律.应用Deform-3D 软件,通过改变压下制度,对AZ31镁合金交叉轧制过程中的塑性应变进行了有限元模拟.研究结果表明,等道次等压下量时交叉轧制的各道次塑性应变量的差值比单向轧制的要小,说明交叉轧制工艺能够减小镁合金板材的各向异性.

Abstract:The anisotropy of magnesium alloy sheet would be affected by the plastic strain,and the changes of plastic strain of magnesium alloy by the cross rolling process are studied in this paper.Using Deform-3D to simulate the plastic strain of AZ31 magnesium alloy in the cross rolling process when changing the pass reduction.The results shows that the difference of extreme value of plastic strain in direct rolling is smaller than cross rolling with the same pass and the same reduction.Therefore,the simulation pro...
