摘    要:在超临界流体基础上发展起来的超临界流体技术具有产品质量好、效率高、能耗低、能部分或全部替代传统方法 ,完成传统方法不能完成的工作 ,已在许多领域得到应用 ,而且随着低分子烷烃溶剂的使用 ,系统所需要的压力已大幅度降低 ,使其在工业上更易实现 ,所使用的溶剂均没有腐蚀性 ,大大降低了设备对材质的要求 ,系统的温度不高 ,无论是在实验室内还是在工业上均很容易实现。重点论述了超临界流体技术在食品工业和医药工业中的应用 ,指出了其在今后的可能发展方向。随着世界各国对超临界流体基础研究的不断深入和超临界流体技术的不断发展 ,该技术必将会越来越受到重视 ,其应用范围更加广泛 ,在经济发展中发挥越来越重要的作用。

Abstract:The supercritical fluid technology developed on the basis of the supercritical fluid has higher efficiency and lower energy consumption, provides higher quality products, replaces the traditional techniques partly or entirely, carries out some works which can not be done by the traditional techniques, and has already applied in many fields. With the using of the low molecular alkane solvent, the pressure requried for the system is decreased largely. It's easy to be applied in industries. The solvent that used in the system is not corrosive, it lowers the standard of materials required for equipment. The temperature of the system is not very high, it's easy to be realized in the labs and industries. In this paper, the applications of the supercritical fluid technology in food industry and medicine industry are introduced. With more researches and further developments of the supercritical fluid technology, it will be paid more attention to, positively applied in more fields and play more important role in economic progress in the world.
