微波辐射熔融/固相缩聚合成聚乳酸及其性能研究

摘    要:在传统方法熔融/固相缩聚中,引入微波辐射合成聚乳酸,并对其进行红外核磁结构表征以及DSC和热降解分析.研究表明,微波辐射加热方式能有效缩短工艺时间,同时提高聚乳酸分子量,改善热加工性能.

Abstract:Poly latic acid was prepared by melt-solid polycondensation through microwave.And it was characteriazed by element analysis,IR and NMR and thermal analysis,DSC and heat degradation.The results showod that this method can not only decrease the time of craftwork effectively but improve the molecular weight and nature of thermal process.
