| Abstract: | This review focused on the reasearch progress of polylactide synthesised either by direct polycondensation of lactic acid or ring-opening polymerization of lactide at home and aborad in recent years. It also deeply summarized and commented on the modified methods of polylactide. The prospect of development of polylactide materials was raised at last. |
