摘    要:基于ANSYS软件,对中国低活化马氏体钢(CLAM钢)TIG焊的焊接过程进行三维动态数值模拟,并对焊接温度场、焊缝中心线处残余应力分布以及焊件的角变形结果进行了分析。结果表明:在设定的焊接参数下2层焊缝均处于熔透状态,且热源分布关于焊缝中心对称;横向应力在起焊端和止焊端为压应力,中部为拉应力,纵向应力均为拉应力,而且模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好;盖面焊层焊完后的角变形明显比打底焊层焊完后的角变形大。

Abstract:Based on ANSYS software, the distribution of residual stress along the welding central line and the angular distortion of weldment were analyzed. The results showed that both of the beads were penetrated under the welding parameters. The transverse stress of welding starting point and ending point was compressive stress.
