| 摘 要： | 讨论了扫描热象仪及红外焦平面凝视热象仪ＮＥＴＤ的计算公式，其中最关键的是噪声等效带宽的计算，作者建议，除了要标定噪声等效温差，还应标定噪声等发射率差及噪声等效反射率差。
