| 摘 要： | 讨论了反射劳厄形貌术的优缺点，结合碲镉汞器件研制工作给了实际应用的几个例子。如磅镉汞晶片结构检查，观察磅镉汞晶片的磨势损伤，跟踪观察磅镉汞晶片在不光刻、化学腐蚀成形、离子刻蚀成表前后的晶格变化等。
