| 摘 要： | 介绍了Mastercam后置处理程序的功能、结构以及定制方法,并据此提出了生成HNC_21T华中“世纪星”数控系统的后置处理程序的策略,完美实现了CK6142数控车床在Mastercam系统中的自动编程,并为其它类型数控机床利用通用CAD/CAM软件自动编程提供了可供借鉴的思路。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the function, the framework and the customizing of post processor in Mastercam; on this basis, it brings forward the strategies for creating the post processing program in HNC_21T system; it realizes perfectly auto-programming of NC-lathe CK6142 in Mastercam system; and it also provides the thought for other types of NC systems to make use of CAD/CAM for auto-programming. |
