抗高温碱腐蚀的新型高铬铸造不锈钢的研制

摘    要:设计了用于含有固相颗粒的高温碱介质的新型高铬铸造不锈钢的组织及化学成分。采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射的方法分析了新型钢的组织,通过多种腐蚀试验方法研究了该钢的腐蚀与磨蚀行为。试验结果表明,新型高铬铸造不锈钢在含有固相颗粒的高温碱苛刻介质中,具有良好的耐蚀性及抗磨蚀、点蚀与晶间腐蚀性能。此外,该钢还具有良好的综合力学性能与铸造性能。

Abstract:The structure and chemical compositions of the new type high chronium casting stainless steel for high temperature alkali mediums with solid phase particles were designed,the structure of the steel was analysed by using metalloscope and X rays,the behaviours of corrosion and wear of the steel were studied with various corrosion experiments.The results show that the steel has good resistance of corrosion,wear,pitting,and intergranular corrosion in high temperature alkali mediums with solid phase particles.In addition,the steel has good comprehensive mechanical property and castng property
