大型选矿厂磨矿过程控制系统设计

随着生产技术的发展，选矿厂生产设备趋于大型化，集散控制系统将在选矿厂普遍采用。把大型选矿厂的磨矿自动控制系统作为一个集工艺操作、过程检测控制及机电设备启停与安全保障为一体的综合自动化控制系统来看待。提出以集散系统为基础的磨矿控制系统的设计原理及系统构成特点。

The Grinding Process Control System Design at Large Concentrating Mill

With the developtnent of product technology,it gradually becomes more windespread that concentrating mill uses larger production facilities,and the distributing control system will be generally used. In this paper, we consider the grinding control system at large concentrator as one synthesize control system, that it includes technological process operation, equipment switching on and off,process monitoring control and security. The design principle and system construction characteristic of grinding control system based on distributing control system is provided in this paper.
