| 摘 要： | 在现代漂白化学制浆厂中,二氧化氯是无元素氟漂白技术(ECF)的关键化学品,在有氯化钠参与的条件下,氯酸钠与盐酸起还原反应生成二氧化氯.本文介绍了综合法二氧化氯制备过程的化学反应机理和工艺流程,并讨论了工业化二氧化氯制备过程的问题及处理方法.

| Abstract: | Chlorine dioxide(ClO2) is the key chemicals in the modern ECF bleaching plant to produce fully bleached chemical pulps.The technology of chlorine dioxide generation is generally based on the reduction of sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid.The paper introduces the mechanism and process of integrated chlorine dioxide production process and the way to deal with the problems in the process of industrialized chlorine dioxide production. |
