摘    要:乡镇煤矿现有安全监测系统在技术和管理上都存在不适应性问题,难以发挥其应有的作用。监测系统、技术支持和瓦斯调度,是一个有效的安全监控系统的三要素。构建以区、县主管部门为技术与管理中心的乡镇煤矿群集约化安全监控系统,可以从根本上扭转乡镇煤矿安全监管的被动局面。同时,监测系统通讯接口的标准化、通用化事关乡镇煤矿安全监测技术进步的速度,国家应尽快加以整合。

Abstract:WEI Ping Inelasticity problems exist in technology and management for safety monitoring and controlling system for township coal mine, which make it difficult in being effective in practice. Monitoring system, technical support and gas dispatch are three important factors of the effective safety monitoring and controlling system. Formulating intensive safety monitoring and controlling system for muhi - mines and regards the responsible department of borough or county as the center of technology and management will put an end to the passive state of the safety supervision and management on the township coal mine in a fundamental way. Meanwhile, the standardization and generalization of eommunication interfaces of monitoring system concern with the development speed of safety monitoring technology, the country should combines as soon as possible.
