摘    要:3D激光扫描技术可以直接获取地面3D数据,比传统测量方法具有高精度、高密集、高效率和成本低的优点。本文介绍使用3D激光扫描仪对电厂冷却塔进行变形监测测量技术克服了传统测量技术的局限性,采用非接触主动测量方式直接获取高精度3D数据,能够对任意物体进行扫描,且没有白天和黑夜的限制,快速将现实世界的信息转换成可以处理的数据。它具有扫描速度快、实时性强、精度高、主动性强、全数字特征等特点,可以极大地降低成本,节约时间,而且使用方便,能够实现与设计图纸进行分析比较,以确定其形变误差大小等。
