有梭织机光电探纬系统的改进

摘    要:依据红外反射式光电探纬的组成和工作原理,对有梭织机光电探纬系统进行了改进。将反光装置(膜)固定在梭芯上,减少了反光装置的数量,无需改动梭子和纬管,系统探纬准确,减少了换梭时纡脚回丝。

Abstract:Based on the composition and working principle of infrared reflectance photoelectric weft feeler, the photoelectric weft feeler system of shuttle loom was improved. When fixing the reflective device on the shuttie cock, the number and the fluidity of reflective device were reduced. And it is unnecessary to change shuttle and pirn. This system made the cutting remnants stable when changing shuttle, which reduced thread waste.
