| 摘 要： | 针对大坝发电厂#2锅炉屏式过热器爆管问题进行研究分析,找出爆管的直接原因是由于焊缝质量问题,导致管子严重堵塞,蒸汽流通不畅,管子长期过热引起,提出了相应的防范措施,以保证锅炉运行的安全性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | Analyzes the cause of platen superheater blast at No. 2 boiler in Daba Power Plant, points out the direct reason of blast is the pipes welding seam quality, caused by the pipes stopped seriously, the steam circulating slack and long-term to overheat, puts forward relevant preventive measures, ensures the safety and the credibility of the boiler operation. |
