摘    要:建立负压射孔完井渗流有限元3D模型.该模型包含了流体物性参数、地层伤害参数、射孔几何参数,以及生产参数.在有限元分析时假设射孔孔道无堵塞,而负压射孔对完井产能的影响主要在于负压射孔导致的冲击回流将造成地层伤害的微粒从孔眼周围的压实带中冲刷了出来,增大了压实带的渗透率,从而提高了完井产能.在此分析的基础上,引入了相对产率比概念,并使用射孔完井渗流有限元3D模型详细研究了负压射孔对完井产能的影响.该研究对负压射孔完井具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:The 3D Finite Element Model of underbalance perforation completion was established in this paper,it contained physical property parameters of fluid,formation damage parameters,perforation geometric parameters and production parameters.Perforation channel was assumed to be clean in the finite element analysis,the impact of the underbalance perforation completion on flow rate consisted in the cleaning of damage particulate from the compact zone around the perforation channel by the bumping backflow that caused by underbalance perforation,which augmented the permeability of the compact zone and improved the off-take potential.On the basis of the analysis above,the relative productivity ratio was inducted,and using 3D Finite Element Model studied the impact of underbalance perforation on the off-take potential.
