平板冲击绝热剪切实验的数值模拟研究

摘    要:采用Ansys/Lsdyna数值模拟45钢平板冲击绝热剪切变形局域化行为,计算中采用3D模型,本构方程采用热粘塑性的Johnson-Cook模型。为了更好地获得局域化变形的结果。采用网格渐变的方法分析绝热剪切带的萌生和扩展方向。计算结果表明:在一定的冲击速度下,绝热剪切带出现在预制裂纹尖端并与预制裂纹成75°;绝热剪切带产生的临界速度为50 m/s;剪切带的扩展方向为与预制裂纹方向成-10°。

Abstract:3D numerical simulation of localized adiabatic shear deformation behavior was carried out using Ansys/Lsdyna model in conjunction with the Johnson-Cook thermoviscoplastic model under plate-impact.In order to obtain better results of the localized deformation,the method of gradual mesh was used to investigate the initiation and propagating direction of the adiabatic shear band(ASB).The ASB initiated at the pre-crack tip and inclined-75℃with respect to the prefabricated crack. The critical velocity for the initiation of ASB is 50 m/s.The direction of shearing propagation inclined-10℃with respect to the direction of the pre-crack.
