| 摘 要： | 应用ＡＳＰＥＮ ＰＬＵＳ化工模拟系统中ＲＡＤＦＲＡＣ精馏模块对聚乙烯醇生产工艺中甲醇－水分离塔进行模拟，模拟结果与实际工艺吻合并找到最灵敏的操作参数，可用于指导生产。

| Abstract: | The distillation column for separation of methanol and water in PVA industry is simulated by distillation module of ASPEN Plus. The simulated results are in good agreement with the data of the actual technology. Through the simulation, the sensltive operating parameters can be found and used to the actual process. |
