| 摘 要： | 提出了一种满足IEC 61850:2003标准的,由配电过程单元、配电间隔单元和配电站控单元三部分组成的配电自动化终端设计方案。配电站控单元和配电间隔单元可安装于运行条件好的变电站,功能强大。配电过程单元安装于现场开关柜等处,功能简单,运行可靠。配电间隔单元与配电过程单元间采用IEC 61850-9-2:2003标准的配电现场过程总线进行通信,装置具备自描述功能,便于实现远动规约双边表的自动生成和通信报文的准确解析;配电实时监控信息和归档信息分别传输,以提高配网运行的监控效果。

| Abstract: | A design of distribution automation terminal to meet the IEC 61850：2003standard was presented.This terminal consists of three parts： distribution process unit,distribution bay unit and distribution substation control unit.Distribution bay unit and distribution substation control unit were installed in the substation with good operating conditions and powerful.Distribution process unit was installed in switchgear on-site,etc.And it features simple and reliable.Distribution bay unit and distribution process unit communicate by IEC 61850-9-2：2003standard process bus.They had self-describing features and it was easy to realize the automatic generation of telecontrol protocol bilateral tables and to get accurate analysis of communication messages with self-describing features.Real-time monitoring information and archive information were transmitted seperately in order to improve the distribution network monitoring effect by dispatchers. |
