| 摘 要： | 研究用HPLC定量分析烟碱的方法。色谱条件如下:20cm X 5mm不锈钢柱,内填YWG-C18,粒径10m;流动相 甲醇+水+三乙胺=60+40+0.1(V/V) ;流速 1.0 ml/min;紫外检测器波长 254 nm。本方法在1g~ 16g进样范围内和峰面积呈线性。相关系数值(r)为0.998。烟碱分析的回收率为98%~101%之间,变异系数为1.47%。

| Abstract: | An HPLC method for quantitative nicotine analysis using a 200 x 5 mm stainless steel column packed with 10mYWG-C18, a mobile phase of 60% methanol (V/V), a flowrate of 1.0 ml/min and a 10 m UV detector wavelength of 254 nm.Sample input and peak area were linear and reproducible over the range of 1 to16 g. Fitting these data to a straight line usinga least-squares model yielded an r (correlation coefficient) of 0.998. Recovery of nicotine ranged from 98% to 101% , with acoefficient of variation of 1.47%. |
