摘    要:为寻找适宜合成高氯酸羟胺(HAP)的离子交换树脂,对不同交联度、不同形态的强酸性阳离子交换树脂与羟胺交换过程进行了研究,发现了树脂与羟胺交换的主要影响因素,优选出适宜合成HAP的交换树脂为001×7型。根据流出曲线计算了不同条件下硫酸羟胺(HAS)加料系数的取值范围,并讨论了HAS浓度及流速对交换过程的影响,确定HAS的较佳加料系数为1.2。

Abstract:In order to find the suitable ion exchange resin for preparing hydroxylamine perchlorate (HAP), the exchange process between strong acidic cation exchange resins with different crosslinking degree and form and hydroxylamine was investigated. The main influencing factors for exchanging between resin and hydroxylamine were obtained. The preferred exchange resin for synthesizing HAP is 001 x 7 type. According to the elution curves, the value range of hydroxylamine sulfate (HAS) feeding coefficients under different conditions was calculated, and the influence of the HAS concentration and flow rate on the exchange process was discussed. The preferred feeding coefficient of HAS is 1.2.
