摘    要:文章利用四球法、法莱克斯V型块法、攻丝扭矩以及赖克特M2等评价手段,考察了聚合酯,硫化脂肪酸酯,磷酸酯以及脂肪酸皂在微乳型金属切削液中的极压、抗磨、减摩性能的影响以及对配方高低温储存稳定性、防锈性以及润湿性能的影响。为搭建配方选择合适的润滑剂提供了一定的科学依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of different lubricant additives, such as polymeric esters, sulfurized fatty acid esters, phosphate esters and fatty acid soap on the extreme pressure, anti - wear and friction - reducing properties of micro - emul- sified cutting fluid were investigated by Four - ball test, Falex pin & vee block test, Tapping torque test and Reichert M2 fric- tion and wear test. The effects on the high and low temperature storage stability, anti - rust property and wetting property of the cutting fluid were also examined, All of these can provide scientific guidance for formulating metal working fluid.
