双压余热锅炉的系统研究

摘    要:目前国家对中、低温余热资源利用的重视程度逐步提高,很多企业都使用烧结双压余热锅炉来提高整个热力循环的效率,减少环境污染。本文首先对双压余热锅炉原理进行研究后,对卧式余热锅炉和立式余热锅炉布置方式的,两种利弊和应用的场合进行研究,最后从双压余热锅炉的本体结构出发对整个系统的工作原理进行了深入的分析。

Abstract:At present,the attention on utilization of the medium and low temperature waste heat re- sources is gradually rise in china. Many enterprises are using the dual pressure of siutering waste heat boiler to improve the efficiency of the thermodynamic cycle, reduce the pollution of the environ- ment. At first, this article studies the principle of dual pressure waste heat boiler, analysis the hori- zontal waste heat boiler and vertical arrangement of waste heat boiler, both advantages and disadvan- tages and application occasions, finally analysis the working principle of the whole system from the ontology structure of dual pressure waste heat boiler
