现代红木家具表面包浆效果的影响因素

包浆作为红木家具的重要品质以及鉴定传统红木家具的依据,被越来越多的红木家具企业所重视,包浆标准也将被视为红木家具行业区别于其他家具行业的"核心标准"。但目前大多红木家具企业比较重视从外在因素方面提高红木家具表面的包浆效果,对家具内在影响因素的研究较少。本文从影响表面包浆的内在因素如表面处理工艺、干燥工艺、注蜡工艺等方面展开研究。研究结果表明,从包浆效果来看,红木家具表面处理工艺中打蜡工艺要优于生漆工艺干燥工艺中自然干燥要优于人工干燥,注蜡工艺虽然提高了红木尺寸的稳定性,但在一定程度上会影响红木家具表面的包浆效果。因此,企业在采用新技术、新工艺时如果能够较好的兼顾包浆效果,现代红木家具将秉承传统红木家具的优良品质,在千百年后栩栩生辉。

Study on Influencing Factors in Modern Hongmu Furniture Surface Patina Effect

As an important quality and evidence for the identification of Hongmu furniture, patina was at- tracted more and more attention by fitrniture enterprises. Patina standard will also be regarded as one of tile eore standard of Hongmu furniture industry apart from the others furniture industries. However, most enterprises paid more attention to improve the surface patina effect of Hongmu fitrniture from external factors rather than the internal factors, so the related internal factors such as surface treatment process, dry- ing process, injection technique were studied in this paper. The results showed that, the palina effect made by waxing process was better than raw lacquer process, and natural drying was hetter than the artifi- cial drying, although wax injection process improved the dimension stability of Hongmu, but it would af- fect the Hongmu furniture surface patina effect to a certain extent. The patina effect should be considered seriously when Hongmu fimliture manufacturers apply new technologies, thus, modern Hongmu furniture could inherit the high quality of traditional Hongmu furniture and keep long-lasting gleaming.
