摘    要:利用机械力化学原理,改变传统的水泥粉磨工艺为两级粉磨,充分激发熟料及混合材在水化过程中的潜在活性,并据此用525#立窑熟料试制出了掺70%(质量百分数,以下同)的425#矿渣水泥和掺45%的425R粉煤灰水泥。

Abstract:In view of mechanochemistry,in order to fully activate the potential hydraulic activity of clinker and mineral admixture during hydration,the traditional cement grinding process is changed into two step grinding According to this process, 425 # slag cement containing 70% slag and 425R # fly ash cement containing 45% fly ash are made of 525 # clinker from a shaft kiln.
