| 摘 要： | 以环氧树脂为基体，以玻璃布和碳布为增强材料，采用模压成型工艺制备了某型无人机机翼环肋复合材料结构件。通过优化模具结构，适当地调整固化工艺参数，解决了制件在内外圆角及拐角处脱层、发白、缺胶的现象，制造出符合设计图样要求的制件。

| Abstract: | The aerofoil rib parts for pilotless aircraft was manufactured by using mold pressing process with epoxy resin as matrix materials and glass cloth as enhancement materials. By optimizing the structure of the mold and adjusting the soliding condition, the problems about blanch, flaw and resin lack at the corner of the parts were solved, and the products met with the requirements of design. |
