油气勘探投资经济评价方法

经济评价是科学决策的保证。油气勘探投资存在巨大的资源和作业风险，因此其经济评价显得更为重要。由于缺乏可操作的方法，我国绝大多数油气勘探项目未作经济评价，严重影响了勘探投资经济效益的提高。该文分析了国内外经济评价的研究现状，针对存在的问题和我国油气勘探的特殊性，建立了以净现值法为基础的油气勘探投资经济评价数学模型，通过该模型还可获取储量，单井并能，井深，风险等技术经济边界，为勘探投资决策提供科学依据。

Method of economic evaluation of oil - gas exploration investment

Economic evaluation will ensure scientific decision-making. Economic evaluation of oil-gas exploration investment appears more important due to the huge risks of resources and operation. The economic evaluations on most oil-gas exploration projects were not made in our country for lacking of operational methods, and improvement of the economic benefit from exploration investment is influenced severely. In this paper the current status on the study of the economic evaluation at home and abroad is analyzed, based on net present value method and aiming at the problems existed and the specific characteristics of our oil-gas exploration the mathematical model on the economic evaluation of the exploration investment is built. Both technical and economic boundary values of reserve, single well's productivity, well depth and risk may be gained from this model, thus it provided scientific basis for the exploration investment decision-making.
