低压变氟橡胶硫化体系试验的研究

摘    要:对硫化剂双酚AF,促进剂BPP在氟橡胶中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,BPP用量增大,焦烧时间缩短,转矩不变,正硫化时间缩短,对胶料的硬度、伸长率、拉伸强度和撕裂强度的影响轻微;双酚AF用量增大,焦烧时间延长,转矩增大,正硫化时间延长,胶料的硬度、拉伸强度增大,撕裂强度、拉断伸长率减小,热老化后的硬度变化、拉伸强度变化率增大,伸长率变化、压缩永久变形减小。通过调整双酚AF和BPP的用量和配比,能够有效的缩短正硫化时间,提高生产效率.改善胶料的物理性能。

Abstract:The application of curing agent bisphenol-AF and accelerator BPP to fluorine rubber was investigated.The resualts showed that with the increase of BPP,the scorch time shorted,the torque was constant,the optimum cure time shorted,and the influence on the hardness,elongation,tensile strength and tear strength of the compound was little,but with the increase of bisphenol-AF,the scorch time extended,the torque increased,the optimum cure time prolonged,the hardness and tensile strength of the compound increased,but the tear strength and the elongation decreased,the change rates of hardness and tensile strength after heat aging increased and the change rates of elongation and compression set decreased.The production efficiency would enhance and the physical property of the compound would improve after adjust the concentration and compounding ratio of bisphenol-AF and BPP.
