独立光伏发电系统中双向变换器的软起动策略

摘    要:双向变换器在太阳能独立光伏发电系统中属于两端"源"的运用场合,采用传统的软起动方法,由于功率开关管互补导通,会从输出端"源"引入反向电感电流,导致变换器损坏.为了实现双向变换器在两端"源"情况下的开机软起动,提出了一种新颖的双向变换器两段式软起动方法,通过对主控管和被控管实施软起动,避免产生反向电感电流,该方法也适用于一族的双向变换器.最后给出了实验结果,验证了两端"源"双向变换器两段式软起动方法的有效性和正确性.
