镁合金微弧氧化过程工艺分析及主电源设计

摘    要:分析了镁合金微弧氧化过程中电压、电流突变产生的原因,提出了在微弧氧化前进行预处理的解决方案,并介绍了预处理电源主电路和微弧氧化主电路的设计。通过试验表明了预处理方案的可行性和效果,以及微弧氧化两套电源设计的合理性和可靠性。

Abstract:The reason that voltage and current suddenly changed in the processes of magnesium alloy micro-arc oxidation are analyzed,the resolution of carrying preprocesses before the micro-arc oxidizing is proposed,and the design of preprocessing power main circuit and micro-arc oxidation main circuit is introduced.Experiments indicated the feasibility and effectiveness of the resolution of preprocesses,as well as the rationality and reliability of the design of two sets of micro-arc oxidation power.
