钢纤维特征对半金属摩阻材料摩擦性能影响的研究

摘    要:用金相显微镜考察了以拔丝法、熔抽法、刮削法、振动切削法所制钢纤维的表面形貌及断面几何形貌.用具有不同形貌的钢纤维制成半金属摩阻材料,研究了钢纤维特征对半金属摩阻材料摩擦性能的影响.结果表明,当钢纤维表面有沟槽结构,断面为无规几何形貌时,对提高半金属摩阻材料摩擦性能有良好效果,这种钢纤维长径比的最适值也较低;表面光滑、断面规整的钠纤维,其制品性能较差,且长径比的最适值偏高.

Abstract:The surface and cross-sectional morphology of the steel fibers manufactured by wire drawing,melting spinning,scraping and vibrating machining are observed by metalloscope.Using the semi-metal friction materials made from the steel fibers with different kinds of morphology,we investigated the influence of steel fiber characteristics on the frictional properties of semi-metal materials.When the surface structures of the steel fibers are wadded with ditches,and their cross-sections are in irregular morphology it will be good for the incressing of properties of the semi-metal friction materials,The optimum ratios of 1/d for this kind of steel fiber is rather low.The steel fiber with smooth surface and regular cross-section has poor workability and its optimum ratios of 1/d is rather high.
