掘进工作面过老巷安全技术措施

为解决掘进期间揭露废旧巷道过程中气体溢出伤人等不安全问题,采用构筑控风设施增加巷道迎头压力,使揭露点老巷的压力小于工作面迎头的风压,利用控风设施控制掘进工作面回风,同时现场气体安全后使用高分子材料对老巷快速封堵,第一时间做好老巷内气体的管控,保障了煤矿井下生产和作业人员安全。

Safety Technical Measures for Driving Face Passing Through Old Roadway

In order to solve the unsafe problems such as gas overflow and injury in the process of exposing waste roadway during excavation,the head-on pressure of roadway is increased by constructing wind control facilities,so that the pressure of old roadway is less than the head-on wind pressure of working face,and the return air of heading face is controlled by wind control facility.Meanwhile,polymer materials are used to block the old roadway quickly after gas safety on the spot,and the gas control in the old roadway is done well for the first time.It ensures the safety of underground production and operators.
