8128综采工作面过陷落柱安全施工技术

摘    要:为了保证8128工作面安全快速过X3陷落柱,提高煤柱回采量,决定采用分层松动爆破施工工艺,并在过陷落柱期间对工作面顶板采用“注浆加固+超前支护+JW锚索吊棚”联合控制措施。工作面过陷落柱仅用8d,平均回采速度达6.6m/d,未发生顶板破碎、冒落现象,取得了显著应用成效。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety and speed of 8128 working face passing through X3 collapse column and improve the recovery of coal pillar,it is decided to adopt layered loose blasting construction technology.During the period of passing through collapse column,the joint control measures of"grouting reinforcement+advance support+JW anchor cable hanging shed"are adopted for the roof of working face.It only takes 8d for the working face to pass the collapse column,The average mining speed is 6.6m/d,and there is no roof breaking and caving phenomenon.The application effect is remarkable.
