云冈煤矿近距离煤层下部煤巷掘进支护优化研究

摘    要:为解决云冈矿近距离煤层下部掘进巷道破坏变形问题,通过现场监测、顶板窥视、优化试验等方法,分析了5409巷空间位置特征、破坏特征及支护方式适应性,提出了高强支护和注浆加固的围岩控制技术。优化后的巷道顶底板收敛保持在50mm内,两帮收敛保持在70mm内。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of failure and deformation of the driving roadway in the lower part of the short distance coal seam in Yungang Mine,through the methods of on-site monitoring,roof peeping and optimization test,the spatial position characteristics,failure characteristics and adaptability of support mode of 5409 roadway are analyzed,and the surrounding rock control technology of high-strength support and grouting reinforcement is proposed.After optimization,the convergence of roadway roof and floor is kept within 50 mm,and the convergence of two sides is kept within 70 mm.
