综放工作面回采顺槽掘进支护技术优化分析

摘    要:以东周窑煤矿2102皮带顺槽巷道为工程背景,采用高预应力强力锚杆支护理论进行巷道支护优化,运用强锚杆、锚索联合支护技术,增加新开挖巷道围岩周围的承载力。结果表明,巷道支护优化起到了加强支护的作用,确保了2102顺槽在煌斑岩侵入下掘进和工作面回采期间巷道的安全及稳定。

Abstract:The 2102 belt tunnel in Dongzhouyao Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background.The high prestressed strong bolt support theory is used to optimize the tunnel support.The combined support technology of strong bolt and anchor cable is used to increase the bearing capacity around the surrounding rock of the newly excavated tunnel.The results show that the optimization of roadway support plays an important role in strengthening the support,ensuring the safety and stability of the 2102 tunnel during driving and working face mining under the intrusion of lamprophyre.
