| 摘 要： | 结合煤质及产品市场定位,确定安山地面生产系统的改造工艺流程为100~6mm采用重介浅槽排矸工艺,对原有筒仓进行改造及功能划分,对原有筛分车间进行改造,新建块煤主厂房、矸石仓、1号转载点及带式输送机栈桥,充分利用现有场地,将地面生产系统转变为一个现代化的选煤厂,为企业创造了经济效益。

| Abstract: | Combined with coal quality and product market positioning,it is determined that the transformation process of Anshan ground production system is 100~6 mm adopting heavy medium shallow trough gangue discharge process,reforming and dividing the original silo,transforming the original screening workshop,constructing new block coal main workshop,gangue bin,No.1 transfer point and belt conveyor trestle bridge,making full use of the existing site,transforming the ground production system into a modern coal preparation plant,creating economic benefits for enterprises. |
