高负压条件下通风可靠性技术研究与应用

摘    要:高负压条件下,掘进工作面进风联络巷风门开启困难,人员、车辆通行不便,且风门穿墙风筒受风压影响,风筒容易被吸瘪,严重影响掘进工作面通风,降低工作面风量。针对以上问题采取安装风门气动开关装置的措施,并通过更换负压风筒、增设风筒控风装置实现高强度局部通风,从而提高通风可靠性。

Abstract:Under the condition of high negative pressure,it is difficult to open the air door of the crossheading in a driving face,and it is inconvenient for personnel and vehicles to pass.Moreover,the air duct through the wall is affected by the air pressure,and is easy to be sucked and deflated,which seriously affects the ventilation of the driving face and reduces the air volume of the working face.In view of the above problems,measures are taken to install a pneumatic switch device for the air door,and local high-intensity ventilation is realized by replacing the negative pressure air duct and adding the air duct control device,so as to improve the reliability of ventilation.
