北辛窑14采区井下巷道注浆堵水技术的应用研究

摘    要:为了解决北辛窑14采区井下巷道涌水量大,长期维持排水设备的运行极大地增加了矿井排水系统的排水负担而且影响煤矿井下综采作业安全的现状,提出了一种新的井下巷道注浆堵水技术。对该注浆堵水技术方案进行了分析,该方案极大地降低了综采作业过程中发生透水事故的概率,已得到了广泛的应用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of large water inflow in underground roadway of Beixinyao 14 mining area,the long-term operation of drainage equipment greatly increases the drainage burden of mine drainage system and affects the safety of fully mechanized coal mining operation,a new technology of grouting water plugging in underground roadway is put forward.The technical scheme of grouting water shutoff is analyzed,which greatly reduces the probability of water permeable accident in fully mechanized mining operation and has been widely used.
