一种大功率防爆变频装置研究

摘    要:针对矿用变频领域的研究及使用现状,分析了大功率变频装置的设计重点、关键技术及遇到的问题,提出矿用大功率变频装置采用多机并联技术,设计了基于双机(多机)并联拖动技术的大功率防爆变频装置。变频装置通过了严格的性能试验和上海电科所对变频调速装置进行的EMC检测,各项指标均符合国家标准要求。

Abstract:In view of the research and application status in the field of mine frequency conversion,this paper analyzes the design focus,key technologies and problems encountered in the high-power frequency conversion device,puts forward that the mine high-power frequency conversion device adopts the multi machine parallel technology,and designs the high-power explosion-proof frequency conversion device based on the dual machine(multi machine)parallel drive technology.The frequency converter has passed the strict performance test and the EMC test of the frequency converter by Shanghai Electric Science and Technology Institute,and all indexes meet the requirements of national standards.
